Our learning interventions employ the disciplines of arts for people development. To facilitate this, our Learning and Development Programs (MAKESHOPS*) conjugate experiential learning with formal training methods.  Befitting the imperative need for building innovation-led workplaces, the arts based training programs enables participants to combine right-brain imagination with left-brain logical analysis to maximize their capacity for breakthrough ideas and insights in a collaborative environment.
